Tree of Savior Wiki

I'm guessing a lot of people following Tree of Savior have learned by now that the game has officially launched in Korea. What they might not know is that the game was launched just 13 DAYS after the server started its open beta testing. Yes, you heard right, the game launched before all the bugs and glitches found in OBT are addressed. Nexon is advertising a buggy game as a commercially-ready product.

Guess Nexon's reputation isn't just from their overseas branch after all.

With the English version of the game being hosted on Steam, there's a bit of hope for Tree of Savior to be run differently from the developer's version, but it remains to be seen how the game will be managed by IMC through Steam. Players of IMC Games's other MMORPG Granado Espada have offered worrying feedback from that game's publisher Hanbitsoft, Inc., which makes people wonder if the issues are with the publishers or the developers themselves. I'm not a fan of being forced to use Steam to access the game, let alone buy stuff from the game. I suppose I'll just wait and see how the English version of Tree of Savior shapes up before I make any decisions about whether or not I'll be supporting it financially. I'll still play the game when the English version launches, unless they make some modifications that would change my mind about playing altogether.
